Front Porch Water Damage
A bad gutter leak caused serious water damage and rot to the front porch stucco entry. We removed all degraded material, repaired the lath, installed new waterproofing, and applied a custom patch that seamlessly matches the home's original heavy dash texture.
Backyard Wall Refinish
An aging backyard cinderblock retaining wall was detracting from a beautiful garden. We applied a bonding agent and finished the wall with an ultra-smooth Santa Barbara stucco finish, tinted with integrated cream color so they will never need to paint it.
Plumbing Reroute Patch
After a recent plumbing re-route, the homeowner was left with a massive 3x3 foot hole in the side of their house. We installed new paper and lath, and skillfully blended a new stucco patch, perfectly recreating the faded 10-year-old texture to hide the repair completely.
Foundation Hairline Cracks
Settling over the past 5 years caused dozens of hairline cracks across the front elevation of this house. We v-notched each crack, filled them with a premium elastomeric sealant, and neatly feathered new stucco over the seams.
Full Exterior Color Coat
The existing stucco was heavily stained and chalking. We trenched the perimeter, meticulously masked all windows and hardscape, and applied a high-end La Habra color coat over the entire residence, bringing it back to life.
